Zhengzhou, August 17, 2020- The solid rigid centralizer is used to centralize the casing during operation and cementing operations. The steel solid rigid centralizer is made of alloy metal which is consist of seamless tube and several vanes.
The solid rigid material can reliably function even under extreme borehole conditions.
The vanes can be straight or spiral ones welded on the tube. The tip of the blade is inclined 30 degrees with respect to the centerline of the sleeve to provide excellent guide entry restriction and reduce resistance when entering the hole.
The rigid centralizers are suitable for either cased or open hole.
Different lengths of the solid rigid centralizers can cater different customers’s requirements.
The wide blades distribute the load from the casing string to the borehole without gouging.
Screws set on the solid rigid centralizer can save stop collars to stop the movement on the casing. Two rows of set screws make the centralizer more steady on the casing.
There is an improved alloy steel, and a fully heat-treated roller is fixed on each spiral blade.
Due to the rolling friction between the rigid body and the roller and the inside of the well or casing, the performance of the roller centralizer is better than all other products.
Roller/wheel centralizers are mainly used for large-scale high-roller, highly deviated wells and horizontal wells to center casing.
Rigid roller casing centralizer can also remove wellbore cake and improve mud replacement efficiency.
Within the entire API tolerance range, the precision-machined inner diameter can fit the entire casing, providing excellent rotation performance in the mud.
The high-quality building materials of the system improve the high-pressure/high-temperature performance.
The size of the roller rigid centralizer is 4½" to 20".
