In the new year of 2021, we have just delivered sthe first order of polished rod clamps to our customer.
Our clients required the working load need to be 178kN, so we equiped triple bolt polished rod clamps for them.
After 3 days' discussion of specifications, we completed the whole order in two weeks and deliver them in time.
Polished rod clamps are forged from high-grade heat-treated steel. The bolts are cadmium plated. The hinge pin is 4140 heat-treated steel. Punch the clamping surface of each fixture, and then ream to the exact size of the polishing rod.
The polished rod clamp is an important part of connecting the oil pump and the sucker rod. It not only needs to be reliable and has a certain capacity, but also does not cause damage to the sucker rod.
In addition, the holes at both ends are at right angles to the machine to prevent eccentric loads when the boom is flat. The contact areas are spaced apart to provide maximum clamping effect. It connects the horse head of the pumping unit with the polishing rod through a rod eye sling, and then the polishing rod attaches and supports the load of the sucker rod string.
