Polished rod sprayed metal, Sucker rod, pony rod and couplings of UHS grade and sprayed metal couplings
We are specialized in manufacturing spray metal polished rods, spray metal sucker rod couplings and UHS grade sucker rod couplings. In the past few years, we have provided several batches of spray metal polished rods for our customers. The coating thickness is 0.25-0.51mm as per API 11B standard.
UHS coupling is anti-corrosion coupling and high torque sucker rod coupling.
The material of sucker rod shall comply with the requirements of Incoming Inspection Specification. The minimum tensile strength of raw material or after heat treatment shall comply with: Grade 1 (Grade C) 621MPa (90000psi), Grade 2 (Grade K) 621MPa (90000psi), Grade 3 (Grade D) 793MPa (11500psi).
The thread shall be free of deformation, tooth collapse, tear and other defects.
