We happen to have a single piece drill pipe centralizer, which we laser cut from seamless pipes. Due to the customer's urgency, we worked overtime to prepare the drill pipe centralizers they needed.
Before powder painting the centralizers, we conducted restoring force and starting force tests, and inspected the inner and outer diameters to ensure the safe use by the customer.
We have equipped each drill pipe centralizer with two stop rings with set screws and wrapped them in bubble bags to prevent damage during transportation.
We finally sent them to our customer by FedEx. So, our customer could receive the goods in the shortest time.
After received our centralizers, our customer was satisfied with our goods and confirmed that they would purchase larger quantity in future.
