High pressure hammer unions
The high-pressure hammer union adopts advanced international technology and is forged from high-strength alloy steel. Strict heat treatment ensures a uniform and consistent metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity on the street. The materials used fully comply with the American ASTM and AISI standards, and the product technical indicators fully comply with the API Spec 16c standard.
The connection could be LP or NPT thread and welded type.
Sizes range from two inches to eight inches.
We manufacture high, medium, and low-pressure unions. The working pressure range is from 1000 psi to 20000 psi. The test pressure can reach 30000 psi. Hammer union types include fig100, fig200, fig206, fig207, fig211, fig600, fig1002, fig1003, fig1502, fig2002 and fig2202.
The union can be equipped with a weak nitrile rubber sealing ring, which is used for cement injection, fracturing, acidification, testing, plugging, and well killing pipeline applications.
