Pump Parts (Barrel and pluger)
We completed one order of barrels and plugers for our important customer.
And we hand over the goods to our customer at the earliest time.
The barrels and plungers are non-standard products, we manufactured strictly according to our customers requirements and drawings.
The barrel threads are according to API Specification 11AX.
Inside diameter must be hardende with electroplate hard chromium with thickness of at least 0.076mm, hard ness not less than 67 HRC.
Plngers should be made of seamless cold-worked steel tube blanks with hardening outer surface nickel-based alloy( the nickel content is about 60%) with thickness not less than 0.254mm and hardness not less than 55 HRC.
Blunt sharp edges and burrs on the inside of the pipe are not allowed.
No cracks are allowed in the chrome-plated layer of the inner surface.
Plungers and cylinders should be preserved to prevent corrosion during storage and transport. The presence of traces of corrosion during the incoming inspection at the customer's enterprise is not allowed.
