We had shipped more than one hundred polished rods to our very important clients this month. These rods were manufactured according to our customer’s special requirements. Polished rods are sprayed metal type with different lengths also coming with couplings connecting threads with sucker rods.
We are proud of completing this order. Our processing technology are better in order to make these polished rods and polished rod couplings with markings as per API standard.
We had done the testing after the polished rods finished, like the coating thickness, roughness, and also tested the polished rod threads with guauges of different sizes.
The packing are also safe with wraping paper and customed wooden boxes.
The polished rod couplings are installed on the end of the rods, and the polished rods were fixed in the polywood boxes to avoid damage during the transportation to customer.
