Polished rods with special requirements
We received customer’s order of polished rods of 25mm , this size is a special size, and the quantity is very small , it’s hard to buy the raw materials which could fit the required length and diameter.
And customer need these polished rods urgently, and the thread size is also special, so the polished rods need to be upset on two ends.
But finally found the materials for our customer, and completed the polished rods in time.
Because our customer needs them very urgently, after we asked our shipping agent for the shipping time from our factory to customer’s company, we thought the time is too long, so we finally decided to ship the rods by air.
We packed the polished rods with 5 layers papers, oil papers, plastic papers, etc.. and then we put them into one plywood box to protect them from damages during the shipment.
