Tubing centralizer
We have received four orders of the same size of tubing centralizer from our valuable customer. The required size is 2-7/8” OD is 140mm. Our original cable slots are 8mm and 12mm , but our customer required two 8mm cable slots. So we changed the mold to meet our customer’s requirements. Our tubing centralizer are made of NBR. We will provide the material test report after the goods are completed. The Shore hardness is 85A, tensile strength is 10Pma, Elongation at break is 287%.
Tubing centralizers are used in deviated wells to prevent oil and casing wear and protect the casing.
And the tubing pipe stabilizer is fixed on the outer wall of the tubing, used in the casing, mainly for pre tightening, anti-slip, guiding, etc.
The Tubing centralizer is crucial for preventing cable damage and helps to fix the position of the pipeline in deviation or straight wells.
Our tubing centralizers adopt a special style for the installation of pipes that are connected faster in the middle or joint parts. There are double hollow slots of different sizes, suitable for many different types of pipes.
