Polymer centralizer
One of our customers from South America ordered a batch of polymer centralizers which are spiral blade and 7”x8-1/2” size.
Our polymer centralizers which are also called composite centralizers are made of nylon66 and GF30.
We provided the polymer centralizer with spiral blades but without steel rings.
We also send samples of single piece centralizers, cementing plug and float shoe for free to our customer together with the same shipment to save time.
Our composite centralizers are integrated structure so they can enhance the strength and load capacity. The lightweight design makes it easy to install and use. The composite materials, high temperature resistance, good wear resistance, and low friction coefficient are good advantages.
We have molds of many sizes from 4-1/2” to 13-3/8” and various models.
