We provided customer with two sizes of sucker rod guides, 3/4 "x2-7/8" and 7/8 "x2-7/8", both of them have four wrench squares on each end. The surface of the centralizers is treated with nickel phosphorus plating. We sent our drawings to the customer according to the required sizes. After the customer confirmed the drawings, we began to strictly manufacture the rod guides according to the confirmed drawings and completed the goods on time, and passed the customer's inspection.
The roller material could be nylon or carbon steel. The body of sucker rod guide is solid steel bar of 35CrMoA.
This is our third order for wheeled sucker rod centralizer this year.
