Hammer unions
This is the 6th order placed to us by our client this year. We provide 2” 1502 fig 1502 for our customer. The thread is LP. They are manufactured confirm to API 16C standard.
The 2” 1502 hammer unions are recommended for cementing, fracturing, acidification, testing, plugging, and well killing pipelines, as well as for pressureless sealing connections, using butt welding Sch XXH.
They equipped with replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing rings, sturdy wall thickness design for high-pressure systems.
The test pressure is 22500PSI with blue nut, red part.
After the hammer unions are finished, we will make Hydrostatic Leakage Test.
With Testing pressure 15000psi, holding time 5 min, there is no visible leakage.
The tensile strength could be 1110 Mpa, yield strength is 1005 Mpa.
We provide raw materials test reports and finished product reports with heat/batch number to our customers.
